Now That We Are Home

Conference in Tempe was wonderful! I think we all felt Recharged, got a bit of Relaxation, and felt the need to Renew membership in the Alliance with a new vigor! If you are anything like me you still have a pile of "stuff" to go through now that you are home. Now is the time to look at and put it to good use some of the wonderful materials and resources we brought home. In no particular order, they are:
  • The Reason to Smile Membership Manual on CD. (This thing is loaded!)
  • Alliance Membership Invitations (Remember the ones that looked like postcards, but weren't.)
  • Meth Mouth information papers and pamphlets
  • Julia P.E.A.R.L. healthy living methods: Peace, Exercise, Awareness, Rejuvenation, Laughter (Which one did you pick to work on?)
       Remember to...
  • Get on Facebook, go to the group page for the Alliance and the American Dental Association, and add yourself as a friend and invite others to do so.
  • Fill out and send your Conference Meeting and Evaluations Sheets to Trish at Central Office.
  • Send your personal or state blog address to aadachat@gmail.com if you want me to add you as a link on our page!!!
  • Invite others to visit aadachat.blogspot.com

Pictures Coming Soon

We had a great time in Tempe Arizona this past weekend! I caught some great photos and video. I will be putting these up probably by Monday, so check back then. Its going to take a while to go through them all and figure out how to post video.
If you want to set up your own blog remember to go to blogger.com and follow the steps. There are tutorials to watch on there as well. You can email aadachat@gmail.com and ask me questions too.
If you would like your personal, State or component blog linked onto your site just email it to me and I will add it.
Please send me stories or your own or some pictures to add if you got some great ones.
   -Thanks, Kaleena

P.S. Just for fun I put the song, "I shot the Sheriff" at the bottom. I had it in my mind everyday after the Grant winner ceremony where certain Alliance members where made Sheriffs and designated to take some of the newbies or should I say Deputies under their wing! When I asked people at the District breakfast to sing the song for me no one knew the words...or maybe they feigned ignorance.
